Ericsson TEMS sends business products company Ascom
The company Ericsson has announced today an agreement to transfer the company Ascom business producing and selling products TEMS, which include tools for monitoring and planning of radio networks. The deal involves a transition to the state Ascom about 300 professionals, 180 of whom work in Sweden. All operations on the transaction scheduled for completion in June this year.
