Telefónica and Vodafone merged

The two largest mobile operators in Europe - Telefónica and Vodafone today announced that have signed an agreement on joint use of its network infrastructure in the four countries as Germany, Spain, Ireland and Britain. In the process of discussions between the companies is the question of accession to the list and the Czech Republic. The agreement signed with the aim of reducing costs for each company in the hundreds of millions of dollars over the next 10 years.
