Nokia Siemens Networks appoints Giuseppe Donagemma head of West and South Europe region

Nokia Siemens Networks has appointed Giuseppe Donagemma to lead its West and South Europe (WSE) region. From May 1, 2009, Donagemma will be responsible for the company’s customer teams across 30* European countries, and will report to Bosco Novak, the company’s chief of market operations.

Donagemma succeeds Hans-Jürgen Bill who was appointed the company’s head of human resources on April 20, 2009. Prior to today’s appointment, Donagemma led the Vodafone global customer business team at Nokia Siemens Networks.

“Beppe has built a deep and long-lasting relationship with Vodafone, one of our largest customers,” said Novak. “He has been at the forefront of our transformation by taking a strong solutions approach and has a demonstrated ability to create teams that have the right kind of open, engaged culture.”

“I look forward to working with Beppe and drawing on his extensive customer experience to help communications service providers across the region build more valuable customer relationships,” Novak said.

Donagemma has over fifteen years experience in the telecommunications industry with a background of managing key customer relationships across Europe and Africa.
