Nokia Siemens Networks will supply MTS solution for network security
Mobile operator MTS and company Nokia Siemens Networks today announced they have signed an agreement for the supply of «turnkey» Security solutions, which, in their words, to protect the network of MTS when viewing Web pages, users of mobile GSM and 3G.
Solutions and provides filtering and validation roaming GPRS and 3G-bandwidth network to protect the security of the MTS from hacker attacks and unauthorized access when carrying traffic from roaming networks in the home network subscribers using mobile Internet.
Delivery of solutions is scheduled for the second quarter of 2009. Under the contract Nokia Siemens Networks serves as the general contractor and is responsible for consulting, design and system integration solutions.
