Smartphones and communicators with the Windows Mobile 6.5 will come in the fourth quarter

A number of foreign sources, with reference to the financial report of Microsoft, said that mobile devices running the operating system Windows Mobile 6.5, will be on sale no earlier than October. The official announcement of Windows Mobile 6.5 was held at the Congress Mobile World Congress 2009.
