Foxconn and Ichia deny rumors of acquisition talks, says paper

Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) and Taiwan-based handset keypad maker Ichia Technologies have both denied recent rumors that the two are once again in negotiations for a possible acquisition, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.

The two companies were first rumored to be in talks three years ago, the paper noted.
