Motorola is preparing to launch a network TD-LTE
Division of the company, Motorola Home & Networks Mobility has announced the successful completion of Over-the-Air (OTA) testing conducted in conjunction with operators in preparation for the commercial launch of networks LTE, working in the spectrum with time division. Test results have confirmed the readiness of Motorola to begin deliveries of new generation networks to ensure the future needs of network operators TDD-spectrum in China and around the world.
Here are the most important results of the testing Motorola:
• The carrying capacity of channels with a frequency of 20 MHz for the first time extended to 70 Mbit / s
• Provide mobility and hendover for various applications in real time
• Implemented multi-testing equipment in the unit sector (stress test)
In addition to the tests conducted in conjunction with operators, Motorola has been actively involved in the tests initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, with a view to building in this country, TD-LTE industry competitive globally. The command unit Motorola Wireless Broadband Access Solutions (WBAS) in the city of Hangzhou and the company Wideband Base Transceiver Systems (WBTS) for many years cooperated with Chinese operators and can provide valuable information on the local market. Using this knowledge and a strong technical base, Motorola and other industry players are actively working on the development of TD-LTE in China and around the world.
