Update for communicators HTC Touch Diamond2

HTC has released a minor update for the HTC Touch Diamond2 communicators, in case after fully charging the battery does not light up green LED-indicator.

This fix only applies to models with ROM version numbers of 1.36.XXX.X to 1.44.XXX.X and from 1.66.XXX.X to 1.76.XXX.X.
