MTS has announced the number of subscribers at the end of February

MTS, the leading telecommunications operator in Russia and the CIS, announced that its consolidated subscriber base as at 28 February 2011 amounted to 104.11 million users. In February 2011 the consolidated subscriber base increased by more than 0.5 million users.
