i-Free has tested the ticket service based on NFC

The company i-Free has announced the successful testing of ticketing services for NFC-based technology. At the conference, Oracle Java One & Oracle Develop, held in Moscow, have been applied Personalized NFC-tags deposited on the badges of delegates, representatives of the organizing committee which is read by phone, Samsung Star NFC. This allowed the words of the company, greatly simplify the personal identification and registration of conference participants.

The project was implemented in partnership with the Corporation Samsung Electronics, has granted the mobile terminals to read the NFC-tags, and web services TimePad.

Another advantage of this solution, as the i-Free, is the possibility of obtaining reliable statistical data on the preferences of the audience: so, the organizers can objectively assess the attendance of individual sessions, sections, reports, etc. Among other important benefits: the collection of contacts, access control in different areas - as a one-time and permanent, accounting supplies, etc.
