Service "Voice SMS» uses Text-to-Speech, that is, automatic conversion of text to speech. It is also possible to send these messages to landline phones in Moscow, simply dial the number (with area code 495, 499) in the To line.
Service does not require additional activation and is available to all subscribers of MegaFon Moscow (except for subscribers who have disconnected service "Services" or by activating the "stop-content"). The cost of sending one message - 5,99 Euro (VAT). It is important to note that one "Voice SMS» should include up to 70 characters in Cyrillic (it is recommended to type the text in Cyrillic, to ensure the accuracy of pronunciation of words). When you send a large text message will be split into several parts, each of which will be paid as a separate message (maximum amount of SMS at the same time should not exceed 2,000 characters in Cyrillic). When a subscriber roaming to a specified amount is added to the cost of outgoing SMS in roaming tariffs.
