Tele2 arrives in Almaty
May 28, 2011 European operator Tele2 starts its work in the southern capital of Kazakhstan - Almaty and Almaty region. In April and May 2011 Tele2 launches mobile network in its first regions - Aktobe and West Kazakhstan regions.

So, the city of Almaty is covered completely, and the network in the Almaty region will be available over a large territory, including in such localities as Kapchagai, Kaskelen Talgar Taldykorgan Zharkent, Issyk, Ucharal, as well as many others. In the future the coverage will increase, which will ensure the availability of mobile communications in even the most remote and sparsely populated areas of the region.
In preparation for the commercial launch of Tele2 is planning a whole series of events and special offers. First, as in other regions, and Almaty region Tele2 is implementing a certification program. Certificates can get an extra bonus in the aggregate amount of up to 1000 units over the past three months. In addition, on launch day Tele2 offers a set of "boxes": the cost of one of three from Nokia, sell shares, could be returned to the subscriber's account within 5 months.
