[20.Nov.2011] (Android 4.0.1) (AOSP ICS ROM for HD2) NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich Beta1

NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich is a port from Nexus One's AOSP ICS ROM (thanks texasice for compiling it).
Include tytung's 2.6.32 kernel.
Include tytung's ICS initrd.gz.
Include the required files (not in AOSP ICS) from my AOSP GB ROM (i.e. NexusHD2-Gingerbread).
Please give credits to me if you use any of them because they are not simple repack task. Thanks.

Installation:
Please use at least 190MB system partition (and at least 2MB cache partition).
Full Wipe.
Flash the ROM.
MAGLDR: Flash NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta1.zip, then reboot.
　 cLK　 : Flash NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta1.zip and cLK_kernel_for_ICS_Beta1.zip, then reboot.

Notes:
Market issue (Your device is not compatible with this item): change build.prop's ro.sf.lcd_density to 240 (default) or 200.
Echo in calls: please replace /system/etc/firmware/default.acdb with Desire Gingerbread's stock default.acdb (129,346 bytes) (CRC: B0DCA53A).
Download and flash Superuser-3.0.7-efgh-signed.zip if you use some apps which require the root access.
Improve the performance: Go to [Menu > System settings > Developer options]
disable "Window animation scale" and "Transition animation scale"
enable "Force GPU rendering" (optional)
