TAG Heuer RACER-c Smartphone technology motorsport and aviation materials

TAG Heuer has unveiled its next-generation Android smartphone - TAG Heuer RACER, united with her words, technology, motorsports and advanced aircraft materials. The novelty was demonstrated in the last exhibition Baselworld 2012.

In the impact-resistant hull design innovations using lightweight components and composite materials: titanium, durable carbon fiber, black PVD-coated, stainless steel 316L and rubber, which were first used in professional motorsport and aviation.

Smartphone TAG Heuer RACER was designed in Switzerland and manufactured in France and is running an operating system Android 2.3 with a completely personalized 3D-interface.

In the line of TAG Heuer RACER present a model to suit every taste: from the Sport Classic, made of 316L stainless steel and covered with dark gray rubber, to Precious Gold, decorated with 18K pink gold. The key line is the model of the Full Carbon Orange. Its front panel is completely covered with carbon black and rubber, in stainless steel with black PVD-coated bear an orange racing stripe. The back cover is a polished carbon fiber plate with orange accents on the sides of which are black PVD-deposited coating.

TAG Heuer RACER is equipped with 1 GHz processor, 3.5-inch display, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and front VGA-camera. Hours of music playback, according to the manufacturer, is 11 hours. The smartphone also comes with many additional features personalization TAG Heuer: animations, wallpaper, icons, ring tones, themes of individual display and widgets to personalize the screen. In particular, an animated widget set - watches TAG Heuer, whose design is based on models of hours collections TAG Heuer, such as the Monaco V4 Titanium, Misrograph and Carrera.

TAG Heuer RACER will be available in summer 2012 and will be available in 350 authorized sales points, along with the previous models: TAG Heuer LINK and the TAG Heuer MERIDIIST.
