PSM Developer Program has been launched!!
"PSM Developer Program" is a generic name of program with which developer can develop and distribute their PSM Applications.

Registering as a PSM Developer, you can develop games and applications with the PSM SDK.

And also you can distribute your Games/Applications through the PlayStation®Store by obtaining a PSM Publisher License.
