It does not include subscription fees. The cost of 1 MB of data transmitted / received is 1.5 rubles, and the fee for each SMS and MMS-message is 2 rubles. Also, a number of options for unlimited internet connection: mini, light, super, maxi and extra costs from 200 to 800 rubles.
