MTS expands to three times the wired Internet network in Buryatia
The telecommunications operator MTS has announced the expansion of the network of fixed broadband Internet access in the Republic of Buryatia. Until the end of August MTS promises to provide fast wired internet every second multi-storey building of the city of Ulan-Ude.
Currently wired Internet available to residents of the MTS 14.6 thousand apartments Ulan-Ude. Until the end of August coverage of fixed Internet will increase almost three-fold to 42.6 thousand apartments, thanks to the acquisition of the regional network operator MTS "Art Telecom". Fixed MTS will operate in the central part of the city, neighborhoods Shishkovka and Sayan, settlements and East Zagorsk in the 102nd district, as well as 40-46 blocks.
