MTT has LTE-roaming between the major operators in Russia and South Korea
Telecommunications company MTT (JSC "Interregional Transit") announced that has roaming between LTE-largest Russian mobile operator OJSC "Mobile TeleSystems" (MTS) and the largest telecommunications provider Republic of Korea SK Telecom.
The service IPX, provided by OJSC "MTT", MTS became the first Russian telecom operator to provide their subscribers the ability to use high speed data services in roaming in the fourth generation.
As IPX provider MTT provides various kinds of packet transmission services between operators with guaranteed classes of service in all areas of the network. Earlier in 2013 MTT won the tender held for the provision of MTS IPX, and became one of the service providers for the company in the international telecommunications market. MTT transits roaming subscriber data between networks using LTE international providers and private network IPX.
