Polsat Group selects Huawei’s Business Enabling Suite (BES) for IT Transformation

Polsat Group, has selected Huawei’s Business Enabling Suite (BES) for its IT Transformation. The deployment covers full integration of the IT environment for both Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat and implementation of the new, sophisticated IT platform which is aimed at unifying business processes and providing a single customer experience to fully leverage the synergies of all companies in the Polsat Group.

Huawei Poland was selected as the prime systems integrator and implementation partner to deploy the Business Enabling Suite (BES) across the Polsat Group for an omnichannel sales platform, customer relationship management (CRM), unified product catalog and convergent billing. The project is expected to involve several hundred experts from the Polsat Group, Huawei, and a number of partners.

The business objective of the transformation and implementation of the new IT platform is to create a single, omnichannel sales platform and consistent customer experience across the group while delivering operational efficiency and flexibility. The IT transformation will allow for unified business processes, faster time to market, improved product bundle offerings, and an enhanced consistent customer experience.
