Rey Justo: Starting a new career in IT support during the pandemic

When Rey lost his job during the pandemic, he enrolled in an IT training program with Merit America, a nonprofit that provides a path to skilled careers for adults without Bachelor’s Degrees. They helped him earn his Google Career Certificate, gave him access to coaching and a cohort of peers, and connected him with employers. Rey now has a new IT career working as an apprentice at Zennify.
