Gunilla Nordstrom has decided to make an international career move outside of Sony Ericsson
and as a result will be leaving the organisation at the end of June
Today I announce that Gunilla Nordstrom has decided to make an international career move outside of Sony Ericsson and as a result will be leaving the organisation at the end of June to take up a new position at Electrolux, as their new Head of Electrolux Major Appliances Asia Pacific. Gunilla has made a huge contribution toward Sony Ericsson during her time in China and I believe her greatest legacy is the strength of the team that she has built there.
In order to take the necessary steps to support the team in China as it continues to grow and perform, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Kinson Loo who will succeed Gunilla as Head of Region China. In this role Kinson will report to Anders Runevad, Executive Vice President and Head of Sales, Sony Ericsson.
Kinson, a native of Hong Kong, may be known to many of you as he comes to Sony Ericsson from an earlier career in the Ericsson organisation. Most recently Kinson has been operating in a similar regional role for Motorola. It is expected that Gunilla and Kinson will commence a handover period on 25 June.
I will make a further announcement concerning the successor to Gunilla as the head of the legal entity of Sony Ericsson China in due course.
In the meantime I would ask you all to join me in thanking Gunilla for her contributions to Sony Ericsson China and to Sony Ericsson overall, and in welcoming Kinson to our organisation. I hope you will have the opportunity to meet Kinson in person in the near future.

Actually I don't have a clue who she is, but wanted to give a shoutout to Maximus who's site had become a daily read.
