Sony Ericsson W580 also has keypad problem?

I can't believe it. It has happened...the S500 keypad problem has shown up also in the W580. In the pics we can clearly see the 1 and 3 keys with the famous crack in the middle. So...is this still a paint problem or just a major desing flaw?
