Sony Ericsson SO905iCS Cyber-shot unboxing pics

Here are tons of good quality unboxing pics of Japan's first Cyber-shot mobile phone. The phone was made by Sony Ericsson for the NTT DoCoMo network and the device bears the name SO905iCS. The phone features a 5 mega pxiel AF camera with 3x optical zoom, strong photo flash light and a gorgeous WVGA screen. It is available in three attractive colors. Enjoy the pics!

  1. Bought the white model. Love it, except that its ui kind of drags pretty much, and camera boot lag and shutter release lag is irritatingly long.

  3. this phone is simlocked for NTT docomo and it is illegal to unlock it in Japan. So it is all up to unlockers outside Japan to figure out how to do it, I guess...

The radio part of this phone ... A.F.A.I.K., ok? ... is a standard UMTS/HSDPA + Tri-Band GPS/GPRS so it is "usable" in the most countries.

  4. I forgot to mention but the battery life is terrible once you start using the camera feature. some says up to sixty something exposures uses up the battery (starting from the fully charged level). I played with zooms and face recognition features at home one time, and didn't take 30 minutes to see the warning sign saying that the battery is too low to use the camera.
