Qisda March revenues up 32%
Qisda has posted consolidated revenues of NT$7.13 billion (US$212.92 million) for March, a 32.28% increase from NT$5.39 billion for February, but a 27% decrease from NT$9.88 billion for March of 2008, according to data from the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
Qisda indicated that the monthly increase was mainly due to more short lead-time orders and clients replenishing inventory.
Qisda decided to phase out its TV production business in 2008, with the last shipments having already been delivered in March this year. No TV revenues are expected in Qisda's consolidated sales beginning in the second quarter, according to the company.
