LG U+ selects Nokia Siemens Networks for LTE roll out in Korea
Subscribers of LG U+ in Korea will be able to enjoy faster data speeds and superior mobile broadband access. It is one of the leading operators in the country to commit to LTE technology, selecting Nokia Siemens Networks to rollout its LTE network.
Nokia Siemens Networks is deploying its single radio access network (RAN) including its award winning and highly efficient Flexi Multiradio Base Station and NetAct management system to provide consolidated configuration, monitoring and network optimization. The company will also provide network implementation services to ensure a rapid LTE network roll out that will enable LG U+ a faster time to market, expected to provide it with a competitive advantage.
