ARM introduced a new mobile GPU Mali-T658
The company announced the completion of ARM family of high performance mobile graphics processors Midgard new model - Mali-T658, focused on the use of high-tech phones, smart phones and smart-TV.
As the producer, Mali-T658 GPU uses a unique system architecture ARM, multi-core design, with optimized performance and energy efficiency. When performing tasks vysokotrebovatelnyh, Mali-T658 provides a nearly 10-fold increase in performance compared to the current model of Mali-400 MP GPU, used in many modern products. It is also noted that the new product in more than four times the performance of Mali-T604 GPU computing with the GPU, providing many new usage scenarios, going beyond traditional graphics processors, including image processing and application technologies of augmented reality.
