Taras Parkhomenko appointed CEO of Beeline in Kazakhstan

Business unit "CIS" of "VimpelCom Ltd." Announced the appointment of Taras Parkhomenko as CEO "Kar-Tel", providing services under Beeline brand in Kazakhstan. He was succeeded by Sergei Mironov, who decided to return to Russia.

Taras Parkhomenko will be appointed to the position on February 1, 2013. Before joining "Kar-Tel" Taras was the Director of Marketing and a member of the board of "Kyivstar", Ukrainian business unit of "VimpelCom Ltd.".
