The Arbitration Court dismissed the claim against Tele2

Operator Tele2 announced that the Arbitration Court of Smolensk region rejected the Federal Service Roskomnadzora in Moscow and Moscow region in meeting the requirements of administrative liability company "Smolensk Cellular Communications," which is part of the group «Tele2 Russia." Arbitration Court of Smolensk region considered at the hearing case at the request of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Communications of the Moscow and Moscow region to attract a subsidiary of Tele2, JSC "Smolensk Cellular Communications," administratively liable. The reason the lawsuit was an unscheduled inspection, carried out in respect of Tele2 Smolensk upon which it was issued a determination and warning of suspension of licenses, as well as a statement sent to the Arbitration Court of Smolensk region to attract companies to the administrative liability under Part 3 of Article 14.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations (Implementation of the business in violation of the conditions set special permit (license). In the course of the case the Arbitration Court of Smolensk region decided to refuse the Federal Service Roskomnadzora in Moscow and Moscow region in an application for attracting Tele2 Smolensk to administrative responsibility.
